Gateway Baseball Inc. promotes and facilitates local community programs such as, Babe Ruth Baseball, Sr. Babe Ruth Baseball, Wareham Post 220 American Legion Baseball, Team Gateway Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Travel Tournament Teams, East Coast Pitching Fastpitch Softball, Lady Sting Fastpitch Softball, Winter Camps, Summer Camps, Fall Camps, Fall Ball Teams, and a variety of Clinics.

Of note, the Gateway Babe Ruth Regional League is the largest league in Eastern MA and is comprised of over 30 teams from the Gateway areas of Marion, Mattapoisett, Middleboro, New Bedford, Rochester, and Wareham to Cape Cod.

As annual contenders, the Wareham Post 220 American Legion Baseball teams compete in a Jr. and Sr. Division, which is comprised of District 10 opponents from Barnstable County, Plymouth County, and Dukes County. American Legion Baseball has taught hundreds of thousands of young 13 to 19 year old Americans the importance of sportsmanship, good health and active citizenship. The program is also a promoter of equality, making teammates out of young athletes regardless of their income levels or social standings. American Legion Baseball has been, and continues to be, a stepping stone to manhood for millions of young men who have gone on to serve their country or community, raise families or play the sport at the highest level.

Team Gateway AAU Baseball Club is available to all surrounding town baseball players for the opportunity to get some extra baseball in at a low cost. Players ages 9 to 18 are eligible to tryout and play on these teams. We encourage you to play town ball and to play Team Gateway AAU. Team Gateway offers the opportunity to play extra baseball and work on skills. Wins and losses are not measured but development, skill building, and sportsmanship is measured for each player.

East Coast Pitching Fastpitch Softball develops premier fastpitch softball players in young women of all ages, through private instruction, educational camps and clinics, and softball training facilities. Over the last decade, East Coast Pitching has solidified itself as the most expansive fastpitch softball organization in Massachusetts. With a proven track-record of developing collegiate-level athletes, Janelle Carlson's team of world-class coaches help young women of all ages and abilities get the most out of their softball experience. Our mission is to build confidence, commitment, and success within aspiring softball players, and provide them with a quality coaching experience.

Lady Sting Fastpicth Softball is one of the top fastpitch softball teams in Massachusetts, New England, and across the United States. Lady Sting Softball is a top competitor at both regional and national levels, where girls ages 10 to 18 years old experience the absolute best softball competition across the nation. 

Gateway Baseball Inc. has been in the habit of doing our very best to promote our local youth to gain the opportunity to play the game of baseball and softball. We realize that there are many other healthy activities that one can get involved with and we highly recommend a variety of them, but it has been our passion to give back for the betterment of the community and to the game of baseball and softball.
